The UTWP Program is an informal association of organizations and individuals in the Upper Trinity River Basin (DFW Metroplex) committed to addressing shared water/watershed public education goals through networking and sharing resources.

Community-Based Social Marketing Initiative
The Upper Trinity Watershed Partners (UTWP), in collaboration with the University of North Texas (UNT), City of Farmers Branch, and the North Central Texas Council of Governments, hosted a Community-Based Social Marketing Workshop on Thursday, September 11, 2008 and a two-day Social Marketing Charrette on Wednesday and Thursday, October 1-2, 2008. The goal of these events was to increase the capacity of local organizations and individuals to design and implement effective environmental behavior change campaigns.
